Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

3. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@shopzyta.com with details and photos of the product and the defect. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
